Welcome to votehunar.ca (the "**Website**"). These Terms of Service (the "**Terms**") govern your access to and use of the Website and any related content, forms, communications, or services offered through it (collectively, the "**Services**").

The Website is operated by The Connected Zone Inc., an Ontario corporation, on behalf of the Hunar Kahlon for Ward 2 campaign (the "**Campaign**") in the Town of Caledon, Ontario municipal election scheduled for Monday, October 26, 2026 (collectively, "**we**," "**us**," or "**our**").

By accessing or using the Website, you ("**you**" or "**User**") agree to be bound by these Terms and by our [Privacy Policy](#). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

## 1. Purpose of the Website

The Website is a political campaign platform intended to:

- Inform voters about the candidate, Hunar Kahlon, and his platform

- Provide information about community involvement and campaign positions

- Allow members of the public to contact the Campaign, ask questions, volunteer, or join the movement

- Share campaign news, events, and updates

The Website is not a commercial e-commerce platform and does not sell goods or services.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Website. If you are under the age of majority in your province of residence (18 in Ontario), you may only use the Website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for ensuring you meet all such requirements before participating.

We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove User Content at our discretion. Personal information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All content on the Website — including text, logos, graphics, photos, videos, design elements, and the "Caledon First" and "Hunar Kahlon for Ward 2" branding — is owned by or licensed to the Campaign and/or The Connected Zone Inc. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may:

- View, download, and print content from the Website for personal, non-commercial use only

- Share links to the Website on social media or through other lawful channels

- Receipting and disclosure requirements

By making a contribution, you represent that you are eligible to do so under applicable law. The Campaign reserves the right to refuse or return any contribution that does not comply with the law.
